COP30 │ Local Actions for Regional Strategies: Implementing ASEAN Frameworks for Peatland Management and Haze Control
The ASEAN Member States (AMS) will present on local and national initiatives and actions taken contributing to ASEAN Peatland Management Strategy (APMS) implementation, including development and implementation of respective National Action Plan for Peatlands and other relevant peatland related management plans and strategic collaborations with private sector and communities.
The session aims to seek support (technical and financial) from interest parties in upscaling and replicating best practices or success cases to broader stakeholders and countries, linking to the ASEAN Investment Framework on Haze-Free Sustainable Land Management (AIF-HFSLM).
